In Greene County magistrate court Craig Stephen Burbank was found guilty of theft-fifth degree at a trial Jan. 15. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. He must also pay a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge and $81.50 court costs.
A judgment was entered against Rebecca Lynn Chumbley of Grand Junction on a charge of criminal mischief-fifth degree. The judgment was for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge. Chumbley must also pay $150 victim restitution and $95.85 court costs.
Cases were initiated as follows: Frederick James Lonsdale of Jefferson, harassment-third degree; Chad D. Van Bell of Clive, trespass; and William Warren Lawrence of Jefferson, theft-fifth degree.
